Hilarious Pampered Consort: Lord I Will Wait For Your Divorce chapter 16

Qu Tang’er casually waved her small hand and said: “Oh, it’s the sun that heated up my face.”

Afterwards, she energetically rushed to the horse field. Qu Tang’er was drenched in sweat and extremely thirsty.

Yet, there was no trace of Mo Lian Cheng in the horse field.

Qu Tang’er got mad. Her anger burst out. Standing outside the horse field, she bellowed, nearly toppling the railings inside the field. At the same time, she put hands on her hip and swore. She behaved completely like a shrew scolding in the street: “Mo Lian Cheng, that scoundrel! Jerk! I’m so mad. Where on the earth has he bloody gone?”

Only ——

“Your Ladyship, are you looking for his Highness?” As soon as she stopped swearing, a humble asking voice soon afterwards spoke up.

“Beside him, whom else can I look for?” The anger in Qu Tang’er’s heart hasn’t dissipated at all. Soon after hearing “his Highness” these two words, her anger once again emerged. A pair of beautiful eyes ferociously looked at the person who spoke up. But to one’s surprise, she happened to see a servant who seemed to be watching over the horse field just standing there and staring blankly at her while trembling from head to toes.

“Your, your Lady…….“ The servant was quite  intimidated.

“Uh. That…..I came here to look for his Highness. Unbeknowst, whether is his Highness inside the horse field? But I see it being empty. It’s truly hard to believe that his Highness is inside.”

Qu Tang’er quickly collected her expression and gathered together both of her feet. She also quickly released the hand she had put on her hips. Afterwards, she softly entangled together fingers in front of her, made her face pale and put on an aggrieved expression. This speed of her transformation could be considered as matchless. It made people wonder whether her previous posture of a shrew scolding in street truly existed.

The servant stared blankly. He rubbed his eyes with all his might. He stared at Qu Tang’er, suspecting his vision was blurred a moment ago.

However, there was no change in Jing Xin’s expression.  She was already used to it. “Presumptuous!  Is her Ladyship someone who can be looked at as you lowly servant wishes?”

“This servant begs for your Ladyship forgiveness. This little man admits the mistake!” As the servant recovered himself, he was so scared he immediately lowered his head. He quickly kneeled down and answered with fear and trepidation: “Replying to your Ladyship, I heard that a guest came to the manor. His Highness went to the receiving room.”

“Oh. Is that so? I will go to the receiving room then.” Qu Tang’er gave him a good-tempered smile that carried not even the slightest hint of anger. When she was turning around, she also didn’t forget to wave at the servant who was standing there motionlessly, letting him do his things. Only, when she turned back, her mood was completely exposed.

That damned man. He was a dead meat.

Afterwards, she energetically rushed straight to the receiving room. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

Shuang Yuan. A refinedly and elegantly arranged front room.

Mo Lian Cheng was leisurely lying on the rosewood rocking chair with plum flower engraved on it, sipping idly a fragrant tea.

A sand-fired tea set was arranged on the exquisite teapoy.

Tea was steeped by him. Apart from playing zither and painting, he had another hobby. Making tea.

It could not be said that he liked drinking tea. To be more accurate, he was fond of making tea. Nothing more.

“Where has she gone currently?” Mo Lian Cheng lightly swept a glance at Yu Hao. The corners of his mouth slightly evoked into a hint of smile. He was staring at the cup he held in the hand as if he was lost in thoughts. A snow plum flower of winter was painted delicately on the surface of the cup. Its colour was bright and dazzling, the painting detailed. A pretty good work. Naturally, things that passed through his hands were unlikely to fall short.

“Her Ladyship currently went to the  receiving room.” Yu Hao replied, his face still emotionless.

“Oh.”

“Her Ladyship seemed to be mad.”

“She ought to be mad. Otherwise, there will be no fun in marrying a too good-tempered woman”
